Changing over to Weight Watchers from Atkins. I think it will make for a better Summer and better weight loss. The rest of this week I will eat Atkin type food but track WW to see points. I would love to continue to eat real food! This is a new life style, not a diet!
184.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Switching over from low carb to WW can cause you to gain weight because of the water content in carbs. So add them back in slowly. I do WW but with a modified Atkins. I try to keep my carbs low on the glycemic scale (like fruits). It takes time for your body to adjust.
