Morning peeps... well i have to say i am a bit peeved off.... weighed myself today and still no move on the scales and am still in at 210.08lbs. All i have to losse is that f'ing 0.8 and i will be happy and then can push through the rest of the week. I can so see that at this rate i wont loose any weight this week and just go back to my monday weight of 208lbs. Really ***** **** *** *** *** *** off!!!!!! I totally think its because of the potatoes,we cooked some on monday and i have had some every night this week as didnt want to throw them away. Well screw that, i am defo going to throw away food or even better not cook as much when cooking for the 2 of us. Anyway my game plan is to have a soup at lunch and a shake at dinner as well as upping my water intake to flush everything out.... That should hopefully work...and STAY AWAY FROM POTATOES.
I HAVE TO LOOSE 10LBS IN 4 WEEKS.........anyhoo.... got to start doing some work. Have a good day!!
