Went to the gym tonight for a fitness evaluation and I did good on the cardio test, but the flexibility test didn't go so well. I got a good workout when I was done, did elliptical, treadmill and some leg machine reps. I felt great after being at the gym for about 2 hours tonight. I also signed up for a dozen personal training sessions that start next week along with a pilates session. I am looking forward to working on my muscle tone and continuing my weight loss. BP = 114/78 Pulse = 73
