What sucks is that I have not worked out because of my funky work schedule. I picked up day shift today, day and evening doubles on Thursday, Friday and evening night doubles on Saturday. I have been eating fried food such as fish and chow mein noodles. I have been stressed about the interview. I only had 3 hours sleep. Boo!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
