Trying to get back on track. I had a rough weekend. Lots of stress over some school work, which led to the whole, "Is this what I really want to do with my life?" train of thought, which just led to more stress, which led to stress eating and then guilt about the stress eating. Rinse, repeat. Vicious cycle. Blah!
I did get some exercise in today in the form of yard work. I've got jelly arms right now. I will be getting back to my running tomorrow. Still going to go with shorter intervals, adding up to 5k total.
I think I will abstain from weighing myself for a few more days. No sense kicking myself down while I'm trying to pick myself up.
