I have fallen off the wagon and have only gained. I just can't seem to stay away from the bad foods.

Keep motivated, this way of life really works. Find other sweets that will kill your craving. Peanut butter w/celery, atkins shake, sugar free jello. Or something salty, nuts or seeds.

I love the celery for the crunch! I agree it really helps when you need "something" --check out genaw.com for crispy cheese crisps. I haven't made them yet but they sound yummy!

Keep prepared also!! Preparation is half the battle. Plan your food for the day. Track it on Fat Secret and stick to what you prepared. No ifs ands or buts. Katburt has some good snack ideas. Good luck and write me if you need a buddy.
