Went waaay over yesterday due to the big lunch at a restaurant and lots of beers. *sigh*
I'm not too sad about it, I have been toying with the thought of experimenting with cheat days or trying the Spike Diet.
I can tell I was totally craving carbs - and boy, did I give in.
My cheese sandwich addiction is rearing it's ugly head. I did NOT feel well this morning and was at a friend's house and that's really all they had - which will make a total of 3 cheese sandwiches in 2 days. LOL. Although, with me not feeling so hot, I did end up vomiting that last sandwich back into the toilet a half hour later. (TMI - gross, I know)
Do I still have to count it in my RDI? hahaha!
Anyway, since yesterday was sort of an unplanned cheat day I am giving up the "spike day" today with the idea of getting back on track. Need to remember to snack healthy. I am slowly reverting to my old eating habits of whatever is quick and easy(ie cheese sandwich), I shove in my mouth... NOT GOOD. At least I am recognizing it now so I can nip it the bud.

I'VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT TRYING THE SPIKE DIET TOO. I HAVE TO SAY, ALLOWING A HIGH CARB DAY REALLY SCARES ME. THE LOGIC IS, GETTING BACK ON TRACK WILL BE EASIER, SINCE YOUR ALLOWED A CHEAT DAY.... DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S REALLY TRUE.

I tried it out and found that I was motivated to get back on track after cheating because of the guilt hee hee hee! Maybe that will work for you, too!
