Ive been walking a total of 30 minutes a day whether it is a walking activity or walking around my house. Im surprised that I lost two pounds. I would have liked to loose a little more weight maybe 5 pounds. Im just glad im making progress. I don’t really have a diet I just keep track of my weight and what I eat everyday.
