So this week I didn't do super good. I started tracking food, and it went really good at first, but then I felt like I wasn't producing enough milk for my baby, so then I went crazy and ate too much (had plenty of milk those days though). Trying to find a happy balance. Did pretty good yesterday, so perhaps it will jump start this next week. The blog is still going. I think we will hit our 30 lb group goal by July 4th, but I think we all wish we were doing a little better. I know I do. Only reason I didn't gain this week is because I'm nursing... I have a lot more potential, I just need to stick with my goals!
162.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
