Hey everyone, I know I haven't been around for a while. I fell off the wagon hard last fall, and ended up gaining more than I had lost =( A couple weeks ago I decided that I had finally had enough, and me and my friend Judy decided we were going to do this together. I started low-carbing and have had great results! My diet officially started Monday, april thirtieth, and I weighed in that day at 280lbs! Holy crap right, but the good news is that if you look at my weigh in for today I am already down ten pounds. I still eat carbs, I have Old fashioned oatmeal every morning. I know it sounds boring but I have been using some Hungry Girl brand recipes and it's actually delicious. Since dropping the simple carbs I have had a lot more energy, no more falling asleep sitting up in the middle of the day! And I don't have carb cravings, I eat three times a day, but I honestly never feel hungry. If anyone else has had similiar results I would love to hear your story!
