I know that daily fluctuations shouldn't matter, but I'm still pissed that I gained a pound yesterday, especially because I was glad to be in the 160's. I don't know if it's just a random fluctuation, or if I did something wrong. I had a rum and diet coke yesterday, but just one, and it didn't put me over my calories, so I thought it would be OK. If not, I already know that I lose weight faster when I don't drink, but it's just sad. I really want to lose weight!
