Switching to KETO the one bodybuilders use because carb cravings ruining the thought of dieting.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Atkins   losing 3.4 lb a week
