somehow I gained 3lbs on my century ride. it's still hanging around 3 days later. what the hell? !
183.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You mean bike ride? I can do on long bike rides and be up 4 pounds. I'm up on the scale now from working out so hard (sore muscles retain water). It usually goes away in a few days.
