So, I feel like I should panic, but I bought a new scale that is now equivalent to a dr's scale. So the three pounds I instantly gained is really due to having a more accurate measurement! So, back to square one...again.

Lost so far: 0 lb.
Still to go: 13.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
