Whoo-hooo! Another pound gone! Yeah, I would have liked two, but it was my birthday weekend and hubby took me to dinner and I went out and watched his band play and had a couple drinks (which I counted for in my daily intake)... but then went out again for breakfast and I was craving bacon. Stayed away from the taters and biscuits and gravy and toast though!! And I've been really working on increasing my exercise which is what I attribute the loss to. If I hadn't exercised, I don't think I would have been able to claim that one pound. I'll take it! Oh, and hubby got me a bike rack so I can take my bike with me now!!! I can bring it to work and ride it on my lunch hour!
