Good morning everybody so today is my first day at work for the week which is good. But got int he scales and have gone up 1.5lbs. Now this isnt totally unexpected as hada dinner in with morel on monday night and had bread and potatoes and cream e.tc and yesterday had bread and left over potatoes as well but shows me 100% that if i stop thinking about what im eating the weight goes on and also just how easily it gets put on. But still have 5 days to loose the extra pounds and a few more. To loose the 10lbs in 4 weeks i need to aim for 2.5lbs a week which i think is doable. But we shall see!!! I agree 2.5lbs in a week is definately doable and a really good amount to lose in a week. Isnt it a shame when we just have something like the potatoes or cream it goes right on the scales. Good luck Kat and hope you are enjoying your job. Sazy xx

hey sazy have defo learnt my lesson about potatoes... ! i am totally loving my job...makes sucha big difference to so many things in my life by just enjoying my job!!! lol! hope all is well. xx
