I was very pleased with the outcome for today, I never was truly very hungry at any given time. If I got a hunger pain, drinking water helped, also eating 6 times a day versus 3 helps too. I find it very helpful to put in the days food for the next day, and make sure I am within my calorie limits, then I break a peice off of break for a mid day snack around 9, and do the same with lunch for a 3pm snack and the same for supper for a snack in the evening before bed. So far so good!! I even withheld from having a POP today!!!
