I know it is not healthy. So, please don't preach but I need to loose 10 lbs by the 21st. it was 4 months ago I decided I was going to really try losing weight and 6 weeks ago I realized I only had 6 weeks left now with 2 weeks remaining, i am really trying to do anything to get a few pounds off before I take a trip in 2 weeks. My oldest is graduating from high school and I am dreading the pictures that will be taken. I have taken small steps like taking my vitamin everyday and I have been walking everyday, just for a mile, but this will be my 3rd week. I am just going to do what I can while I can. We will see what happens. But I am really going to need to go 0-60 in 10 seconds to even make a dent.

Try going to the YMCA I found in just a few days my legs had lost some weight.They don't look like the tree trunks I had just a week ago.Good Luck..

Great tip! Thank you...I know tree trunks are scary! :-) I have a hip and hiney issue, so the thighs could definately use some work!
