1097 kcal Fat: 23.06g | Prot: 34.15g | Carb: 121.02g.   Breakfast: coffee, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, cheerios cinnamon burst. Lunch: walmart mixed fruit bowl, oikos greek yogurt vanilla, Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk. Dinner: Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), frozen mixed veggies, coffee, jennie-o extra lean turkey ham, sweet leaf green tea. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, merlot wine, almonds. more...
