Drinking my fresh orange/apple juice with crushed Chia seeds this morning and then starting my water.

Lost so far: 8.6 lb.
Still to go: 7.4 lb.

Love Chia seeds...make sure to crush them for full benefit. Makes the fruit juice get absorbed slower and makes me feel fuller.
