2 days a week will be low carb days! Let's see how this goes... Tuesdays and Thursdays are my days. Have support at work which is wonderful!!!

I'm going to try to do lower carb, not super low but lower. I'm going to try to change my snacks and they will will be string cheese, protein shakes, cottage cheese, and veggies. And if I find anything else I'll add that in. Good luck!!
