I'm hoping to get past the yo-yo and stay on track. My appetite still isn't back to normal, though, and I've been craving carbs.

I understand. I never know which we the scales will turn but I'm trying to just be good and also trust my body to know what it needs. You've lost a lot of weight so far, so don't give up. You're doing a great job and it will pay off!
