Its already been one whole week without alcohol, woohoo! And its obviously a great idea, my weight is creeping down instead of up, and I have been working out like crazy :)

LOL, Melissa. It was the only thing stopping me, and it works! After a week of no drinking its easy to say no now. Even tho my husband brought home a giant bottle of three olives vodka, and made me a vodka and cranberry, and tried to hand me the glass. No thanks buddy! I am getting to 199 this month!
