I'm starting to adore this diet. I didn't think i'd ever say that. But waking up and being able to have bacon for breakfast and seeing the number on the scale go down is amazing. I'm eating fatty foods that are low in carbs and i am way more satisfied now, as opposed to back then when i was eating bread and cereal. Still in phase 1 of the south beach diet.
