no weight loss this week but should be due to built up of muscles. Have done so much exercise recently and all my clothes are getting lose, and I fit into a jeans that did not fit last week! So a big thumbs up anyway!
293.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
