Not enough proper exercise, only snowboarding for 5+ to -10 hours a week. Stopped having the Visalus meal replacement shakes. Did keep a food journal for the winter to make sure I didn't go over 2000 calories.
177.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
