I am not very hungry today....I am still trying to have less carbs and more protein in my diet and am failing. it has been suggested that I start a regular diet rather than my own. I'd better do it! I don't want to become diabetic....

It s good to have protein at all three meals and eat at least 1000 calories per day - when you eat too little your body thinks it is starving and holds onto the fat like crazy!
