OK - so I'm going to take my RDI from 1402 to 1708. I'm so confused. I guess we'll see in a week. The only thing I can think is that keeping my calories between 1200-1400 is preventing me from losing...so maybe if I go with WebMd's 1708 RDI I will start losing again. Or not. I don't know. Calgon!!!!!!!!!!!1

Or maybe try having a range of 1402-1708. I checked my RDI on WebMD & it said 1508 for a loss of 2lbs/wk. My range to begin w/ was 1200-1500. So I kept the range but daily I'm trying to keep it ~1300. Also modified a few other #s after some research yesterday & hopefully it'll pay off. My current weight is a major plateau for me. I've spent more time around this weight than any other & previously it took me about 4 months to break through it. Hopefully it won't take that long again. Good luck ; )

Actually, I was thinking the EXACT same thing. I just planned my food for tomorrow and I'm keeping it in the low 1600's. I'm just sooo scared of gaining...

One site I was on suggested that if you're trying to lose weight that you should keep your carb intake below 100g/day & someone else posted this morning fat intake based on daily caloric intake. I may be mistaken but I think it was 60g of fat/day. Adjusting those 2 things might help too. Plus LOTS of water (80-100oz). I'm trying to get my water back up. 3 yrs ago I was drinking 120oz of water/day like it was nothing (and doing it on top of about 80oz of other fluids). Just remember it's trial & error. If something doesn't work, tweak/change it. I'm trying to shoot for 40g of fat & 50g of carbs/day & it's a challenge w/ the fat but I also take into account that I'm eating good fat so being over doesn't bother quite as much.

I know it's hard to do but I wouldn't worry too much...why not stick to what you've been doing for a little longer? You've been doing SO WELL! Maybe your body is just having a few adjustment days. I would give it another week before I worried about a few days without weight loss. Sometimes that happens but then all of a sudden, it all comes off at once one day. My personal, unprofessional opinion is that you should continue doing what had been doing and see what happens in another week. Good luck!

Thanks so much everyone! The scale did in fact move this morning - and in the right direction which was fabulous. Strangely enough it was after an extra glass of wine and a baked potato with dinner. I've been keeping my carbs under 100g/day and my fat around 20/day. I'm thinking that I just need to increase both just a bit. I don't know, it's trial and error I suppose. I shouldn't have panicked but it's so easy for me to do. What an awesome support system though! Thanks everyone!
