Weigh in up another pound this morning...frustrating...AND I a wearing pants I could not wear a month ago...so I know I am making progress. The fat for muscle swap is in full swing now.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
