TODAY MY DAUGHTER'S CHILDHOOD FRIEND DIED OF A HEART ATTACK, I AM OVERWEIGHT AND I HAVE CYSTS EVERYWHERE. MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS OUT OF CONTROL. I JUST WANT TO CHANGE SO MANY YOUNG FRIENDS DIEING WAY TOO SOON.
