I've been on induction for nearly 2 weeks and am tracking everything, getting plenty of water and ~98% of RDI in right proportions. Yeah! Trouble is I've gained weight. There MUST be something hidden, something I'm missing. Will stick with it, no fear! Tomorrow my 60-day challenge starts. Dig in!

I am not familiar with Atkins, but your sodium intake looks extremely high. You have an average of 3780 mg each day that you have listed food. I know you think you are getting enough water, but are you gettign enough to offset that much sodium?

You might try cutting out the cream and cheese for a couple of days and see if that helps. Sodium may be too high as well; although I actually had to increase mine due to muscle fatigue. I think it's a matter of what works best for you. I've had to refigure my eating every couple of days to figure out what works. I plateaued out for about a week and tried cutting down on the Atkins products (I was relying on them too much) and increasing my fat intake and suddenly I started losing again. I weigh daily (even though they say not to), but it helps me to see what I might have done the day before that prevented me from losing the next day. Hope this helps. Good luck!
