Once again - I hate the scale! Why, after all the exercise and eating right this week did I gain a pound? Very frustrating! Bought the FatSmash diet book which should be here in the next couple of days. Maybe that will help.

I am also in the Beginner Runner's challenge, and I too have noticed that my weight has gone up- but at the same time all my clothes are bigger on me so perhaps it is actually muscle weight and you are still loosing fat? Either way great job with the exercise and eating right!
