Real start to getting serious. Bought scale yesterday, despite owning one already (in storage). Need to get down to 152 just to be back to normal. I have no idea how I'm going to do this with all the upheaval in my life.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
