Been eating 3500 on workout days and 2700 on rest days. Still not gaining weight tho.

A bit confused to how I got so fat last time lol.

Gonna up my cals for a few weeks and see what happens. 3000 rest days and 3750 workout.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
