So yesterday was very hard on me...with all that had happened but thanks to the wonderful support of my group members (you know who you are), I was able to face today without beating myself up too badly. I have been trying to remain as positive as I can and tell myself that despite everything...I have not only made wonderful progress with my weight loss...but that I am a good person and shouldn't be ashamed for my slip ups...nor should I feel like a loser. If anything...that preschool center is missing out on a (what I think) great personality that loves children and has no problems actually playing with them. So...it's there loss. I don't mean to sound conceited or anything. I really don't. I am just trying to see it from another perspective. So THANK YOU for the support and love that you have sent my way. It is nice knowing that I am not alone in my problem...and I have others there to help me not only fight that fight but give my love and support back to.
