Did not have a good diet weekend, at alot of sugar free cookies (way high in carbs) probably going to have a big set back weight wise this week because of it. Will try to get back on tomorrow.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
