I certainly know why the scales went up, back to the process... There are fooods I know will not resulst in weight loss, and there are acceptable foods. It's a brand new day:-)
155.2 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
