Worked outside yesterday in the yard and when we came in to eat we made homemade pizza and tatter tots for the kiddos, well I ate what was there instead of making something else...needless to say it was not health food...I got sick, a bad headache, and went to bed....guess eating healthy for the last two months have made my digestive system a little touchy when eating rich and fatty foods...is a positive in one way, as I do not want to get sick again...will stick to my good stuff!! Back to the grind today eating right and getting back to work.
