"hookey" day. didn't go to church. felt like a special day & i wanted to treat myself. tried to keep my goals in mind. went out for breafast. had a couple bites of potatoes & ca. 1/4 biscuit. planned on sticking with diet for rest of day. brought atkins ok snacks w/ me to beach. went to in-n-out for dinner. i know i can have protein burger but i don't like them. too watery, don't like lettuce with burgers. wanted to treat myself. had double-double, animal fries, root beer float.
