3400 = 1 lb

Today is the day that I take charge and turn things around. My goal is to get to 110. I now have 40 lbs to make disappear. My goal this week is to get rid of 10 lbs.
I no longer have clothes that fit. Ben and Jerry's has disappeared from my life. Good riddance.
