Today is the last day of the "Lose 30 pounds by June" challange, I haven't lost 30 pounds but I am down and that is what is important. Congratulations to all of us, even the ones that didn't lose, at least you tried.
180.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
