Yay, very happy with.my progress this week. Another 4 pounds. Only 7 pounds to go until my first goal of 270. Gonna keep plugging away!
277.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks mamasan! I have gotten Chris on board with food tracking so hopefully he will start to see significant results as well.
