My week in Bournemouth with my friends was a good time. I walked 1-3 hours a day, went to the gym twice, and went dancing twice. All that exercise wasn't enough to compensate for the good food I indulged in. Damn. But the food on Gran Canaria is shockingly terrible, so we almost never eat out.
Back on my no more then 1000 calories a day, and if my sore throat goes away, I'll hit the gym for a few hours.
