I'm so very proud of myself this week. While my diet wasn't the healthiest, I managed to adhere to one of my challenges for the first time since I joined this site! I did 10 sit ups every day this week. The hardest part is jumping the mental barrier, and making myself do the sit ups. Because physically, I can do about 20 before I need to stop. Next week for the challenge I have to do 20 sit ups every day....and I'm ready for it. ^_^
