Writing every little thing down that I'm eating is genius from an awareness POV! Plus, I'm lazy at heart, I think; I'm finding that if I have to write it down, I think twice or thrice about putting it in my mouth.
213.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
