My husband and I rode bikes Friday. We rode about 3 miles. I'm not sure if I calculated the calories burned correctly because we walked some when my legs couldn't ride anymore but it felt great! So I don't care. I have eaten too much yesterday and today but tomorrow I'm going to be better again. As long as I'm still increasing my exercise and decreasing my intake, I'm happy. We'll see what the scales tell me tomorrow. :-)
