I am just extremely frustrated and a little down because evidently, after almost 40 pounds, I have hit a plateau. I haven't lost any weight in over 2 weeks. I haven't cheated wildly, most days I stuck to my plan, and I've been consistently working out 5 or more days a week. I don't know what else I can cut out. I'm only eating 1300 calories a day and I don't really think I can go lower. I'm exercising like an hour, hour and fifteen every time I go to the gym. I don't know what to do other than to keep doing what I've been doing.

Two weeks is not that long. Just keep doing what you are doing, be patient, and when your body is ready, it will start dropping weight again. Good luck!

Your doing great.You are probably just building muscle which weighs more than fat.Don't get discouraged though it will be worth it.
