Followed diet perfectly...but celebrated my son's confirmation and had a piece of cake. Choloclate with creamcheese frosting...yum so good but not so good for the scale this morning. It's so amazing how you eat one bad thing and your body goes crazy! Hopefully, in a day or 2 my weight will adjust back. Maybe it was just sugar shock!
151.2 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
