Starting to feel very frustrated. Seems the harder I work at it the more difficult it goes...and I'm up a tiny bit.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What the.....where are you hiding the dark chocolate peanuts? I suppose, if you tell me, they wont be hidden anymore :P You are doing awesome so dont get frustrated, the exercise you are doing each and every day is building muscle mass which will burn fat faster but is heavier than the fat you are burning is all. Softly softly catchee monkey!!
