Is it actually working? Had an AHA! moment last night when I realized my rings fit better and looser and I can spin them easily around my fingers.
I know that can have a lot to do with whether you eat salty snacks, water weight, bloating etc... but they are loose again today. Must be a good sign!
Unlike many others, I do not own a scale and haven't made a trip to the Y in quite some time, so I haven't had a real way to "measure" my weight loss.
I was a little concerned it wasn't working. Been cheating here and there, drinking beer etc... Yesterday at work I asked my coworker if I looked like I was losing any weight and he thought I looked a little thinner. (But can you really trust that when you flat out ask them and they know you've been on a diet? heeheehee)
Anyway, today another coworker told me, (out of the blue - mind you!) that he thought I looked thinner. I was ecstatic. He didn't even know I had been dieting!
I sure hope it's really working!
